I represent real estate developers and investors, as well as entrepreneurs and small to midsized businesses of all types. I also help landlords with tenant and leasing issues and work with individuals in need of Real Estate legal representation. The focus of my practice is to help small to mid-sized companies navigate today’s legal environment. Personally, my strength is negotiation which is usually the preferred method for settling disputes, though I can pursue a client’s interests in court when necessary.
